Hello there,
My name is Julie Cleveley and I am a
Development Worker for Carers United in Sutton Coldfield.
On Friday 25th November we
will be holding our annual Carers Rights Day event (this used to be an annual
event but due to Covid hasn’t happened for the last two years). We are now
organising this year’s event and would like to invite your organisation to
attend.
Carers Rights Day is a national event
which aims to bring organisations across the UK together, to help Carers in the
local community find out about their rights and let Carers know where to get
the help and support they are entitled to. Also to raise the profile of Carers.
In previous years, the event has been very successful in reaching out to Carers
in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas and providing an opportunity for
local organisations to network.
The event will take place at United
Reformed Church, 1 Brassington Avenue, Sutton Coldfield B73 6AA and will run
from 10.30am until 1.30pm. There are only a limited number of stalls available
therefore we would appreciate if you would register your interest as soon as
possible in order to secure a place. Once you have registered, I will
provide you with a more detailed programme of the day’s events nearer the time.
If you would like any more information,
please get in touch.
I look forward to hearing from you
soon.
Kind regards,
Julie Cleveley
