Sutton Coldfield Fatigue Support
Come and join a wonderful group to feel connected and learn
new well-being techniques to improve your fatigue. Our
monthly support groups begin at the Blackroot Bistro at 12
pm; starting with a gentle 30-minute walk to get moving,
followed by a chance to share experiences and peer support
at the Bistro. You can join for the whole hour or just for a sit
down – whatever works best for you that day.
