Carers Week takes place next week from 10–16 June and as recognition for all the carers in our community we are holding a free event for them on Tuesday 11 June at 7pm which coincides with Global Wellness Day.
Our 'Sound Bath Meditation' event helps discover a world of serenity by listening to the sound of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls & therapeutic percussions.
