At the event, we will share information about how to reach volunteers and ways of keeping you and your volunteers happy and supported. We will spend time looking at how to develop a volunteer role profile and also think about the policies and procedures you will need.

Managing money for small voluntary groups

This in-person support session is for you if you are involved in running a small voluntary group in Birmingham and would like some help in how you record and manage the money coming in and out of your group bank account.

It’s being run by Birmingham Community Matters and Sutton Coldfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme.

At the event, you will be matched with a helper who will confidentially help you with the record keeping for your group and any questions you have about how best to record and manage money for your group.
