Fairer Futures Fund - Locality Small Grants Programme flyer

The Fairer Futures Fund supports improved health and care
services, reduction in inequalities and enhances access to care.

The Small Grants Programme offers small grants of up to £15,000 per annum or up to £45,000 for individual projects over a 3 year delivery period.

The Locality Small Grants programme will fund projects that meet priorities within four main themes:

Theme 1: Best Start in Life

Theme 2: Healthier lives in Communities

Theme 3: Better outcomes through earlier intervention & treatment

Theme 4: Empowering and connecting communities

Your application should be innovative and specific to the themes and sub-priorities in the guidance, the fund won’t pay for existing services and should be evidenced with local need.

Applications must be seen and approved by either Erdington or Sutton Coldfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme teams before final submission on 9th January 2025.
