Dear all,
As many of you will already be aware the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme’s focus on prevention, early intervention and personalised care means that partnership, diversity, and opportunity for access are essential to promote choice, freedom, and control for all users, their carers and their families. With this in mind, we are now co-ordinating a central space where agencies will have the opportunity to attend a monthly VCFSE Presentation Platform where you will have the opportunity to promote services, discuss partnership opportunities and future developments.
This invite is open to all and will launch on Thursday 14th November 1.00pm to 2.00pm on a rolling monthly timetable so the dates are as follows:

- 10th April 2025
- 8th May 2025
- 12th June 2025
- 10th July 2025
- 14th August 2025
- 11th September
2025
- 9th October 2025
As outlined above; it will operate as a Teams meeting with the
opportunity to book a 10-minute presentation slot, with a 5 minutes Q&A
session.
There will be x 4 available slots to book into each month which will be recorded, shared with clinical leads and staff and uploaded onto both our VCFSE & Community Intranet page as well as The Waiting Room Platform and shared widely amongst partners. Some presentation prompts include:
- What your provision is
- Where you deliver in the
city (e.g. Outreach, remote, city centre)
- What the criteria is for
access (e.g. Age, ethnicity, gender, postcode)
- What you consider future
partnerships will look like
- Throughputs and outcomes
Please note: Slots will be booked on a first come first served basis unless thematic sessions are pre-requested.
