Have your say in
developing your future community health and care services
In person and virtual workshop Tuesday 1 April
2025
Time:
9.30am-3pm
Where:
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust HQ
Priestly
Wharf, Holt St, Birmingham B7 4BN
Do you live in Birmingham or Solihull and have an interest in community health and care services? Would you like to be part of developing a new health and care service approach in your neighbourhood?
Our goal as local health and care providers across
Birmingham and Solihull is to work better together to improve local services
and ensure these meet the needs of local people. This approach is part of a
wider Community
Care Collaborative of health and care partners that launched in
2024.
We would like to invite you to express your
interest in joining a one-day workshop that will design how the
Collaborative should involve local people on an ongoing basis to make sure
local services meet local needs. We will
discuss:
· How do
we build a model for engagement that creates lasting and trusted relationships
between health and care providers and local communities?
·
How might we involve people from diverse
backgrounds with different amounts of time and skills to offer?
· What
support might people need to be involved?
Lunch will be provided and your time and travel expenses
will be compensated. For anyone who would like to participate, but can’t attend
in person, there will be an online session available.
