A fantastic, accessible and completely FREE event for disabled adults and older citizens wanting to be more active in Sutton Coldfield. 

Taking place at Wyndley Leisure Centre, Clifton Road, B73 6EB.

On Monday 19th May 2025 from 10am to 2pm.

Brought to you by Inspire Activity - loads of opportunities to try out fun and friendly activities, including new sports. Low level with plenty of expert support. Help to maintain an active body and healthy mind.
