Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council and Good Hope Hospital have organised an information session for residents, their families and carers on falls prevention and mobility. The talk will be delivered by expert health professionals from Good Hope Hospital.

Building Healthier Lives in Sutton Coldfield - Falls Prevention and Mobility

📅11th June 1:30pm-2:30pm

📍Trinity Centre, Church Hill, Mill Street, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1TF.

The session will give residents more information on how to reduce their risk of falling and ways to improve their mobility, including a demonstration on how to get up safely following a fall. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and try GaitSmart ™, a motion-sensor analysis tool, which offers personalised plans to help improve mobility.

I have attached two posters for the event and would kindly ask you to share them with your members and your networks to encourage people to attend. Please also share with any groups or organisations you feel it would be helpful for, and of course you are welcome to attend to!
