Our Place Support are pleased to be mobilising a new initiative – the Connected Communities Project, funded through the Neighbourhood Network Scheme via Heart of England Community Foundation.

The Connected Communities Project aims to improve access to and inclusion in community activities for adults from Deaf BSL communities, Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities, and LGBTQ+ communities using an Asset Based Community Development approach.

We’re currently recruiting for the following roles:

  • Project Coordinator – 19 hrs/week
  • Project Workers x3 – 30 hrs/week
    Contracts are fixed-term until May 2026, with potential for extension.

 Location: Birmingham (citywide, flexible/hybrid working options available)
