not long now until Carers Week, starting on Monday 5 June and ending on Sunday
11 June. Our Delivery Partners have some fantastic events lined up for you.
Some of the events are online, some are in person or at the weekend so
hopefully, there will be something that you can join. There are some events
that you will need to register your place and there are some events where you
can just call in.

what FREE activities are available and who will be there
We are offering all those providing unpaid care to a family member or
friend an opportunity to:
- enjoy free wellbeing activities such as yoga,
meditation or massage
- speak to a range of professionals and pick up
information about support available for unpaid carers
- free refreshments including vegetarian sandwiches
(we will NOT be able to cater for specific dietary
restrictions so you may want to bring a snack)
Free tea and
coffee are available throughout the day.

How to get here
and Parking
There is some building work going on so parking spaces
will be very limited. The venue is fully accessible and
disabled parking is available at the rear of the building via Selly
Wharf, off Elliot Road (next to Vauxhall Lookers).
There is free on-road parking nearby on the neighbouring streets and
the nearby retail park has free parking for up to 4
hours.
