You are invited to the Sutton Coldfield NNS ‘Growing Our Community Together’ event on the 14th June 2023 at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall, B73 6AB. Here’s all you need to know about the day:
09:30- ARRIVALS- Chance to set up your stall, banners and posters. Tables and chairs provided at venue. Enjoy a complimentary drink as you prepare for the event.
10:00- INTRODUCTIONS- Brief introduction of event and what it
will entail. Includes guest speakers.
10:30- NETWORKING AND CAPACITY BUILDING- Opportunity to promote
your activity and network with health and social care professionals,
volunteers, other assets and activity providers, as well as members of the
public. There will also be a chance to make the most of the information
provided by various high quality capacity builders on topics such as funding,
organisation structure and welfare and benefits.
12:00- LUNCH- buffet style lunch provided.
12:40- RESUMPTION- Networking continues. Attendees will be
treated to various taster sessions, demonstrations and performances from local
assets throughout the course of the afternoon.
15:30- THANK YOU- A speech thanking attendees will conclude the
event.

Likewise, if you wish to run a stall for the day, provide a taster session of your activity or perform then contact us. Please advise us in advance of access needs, dietary requirements and communication formats.
