Women’s Wellbeing
based in Sparkbrook, will be provide services for women and girls living in
areas of high deprivation and experience poor health outcomes. We work in
partnership ACP Group to deliver the following:
The Women’s Wellbeing network will deliver Digital Inclusion Workshops for women who are at a greater risk of being excluded from the digital world. This includes:
- Basic Skills: Familiarisation using keyboard/touch screen (minimum 2 sessions)
- Managing
information: using a search engine to look for information, finding a website
visited before or downloading or saving a
photo found online.
- Communicating:
sending a personal message via email or online messaging service, social media
tools
- Transacting:
buying items or services from a website or buying and installing apps on a
device. Internet Safety.
- Problem-solving:
Verifying sources of information online or solving a problem with a device or
digital service using online help.
- Creating and
Social Media: completing online application forms (employment and / ot
including personal details OR creating something new from existing online
images, music or video.
