are seeking to appoint an
Over 50’s Community Development Practitioner
Connecting People ~ Building Community ~ Facilitating Participation
21 hours a week with some flexibility and occasional weekend working; £15,300 per annum, based on 21 hours per week and dependent upon experience.
The key task of this new role will be to connect to local people aged 50+ who through participating in locally grown participant-led activities, will develop or maintain happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
The ability to work as a facilitator is essential, with excellent communication skills and committed to building good working relationships.
Experience of working with Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) is desirable.
